Our family history fascinates me.  I love to dig through old documents, websites, libraries, and talk to relatives to find out the details of our ancestors lives.  It paints a picture in our minds of who these people were and what their lives were like.  In a time before microwaves, cell phones and even televisions, what were their daily lives like?  Why did they move from state to state?  Where were they and what did they endure during the Civil War?  The dead ends that I have run into on the family lines, who were their ancestors?

The tree grows larger every day.  At last count, I had 3,400 family members, past and present on my database.   What can this information tell our descendants about us?  The tree continues to grow.
